HELEN SHAPIRO- AGE 74 YEARS
Helen Shapiro is a British pop and jazz singer. Besides, she has also worked as an actor for a brief period of time. Born in September 1946, Shapiro is known for her 1961 U.K. chart-toppers – “You Don’t Know” and “Walkin Back to Happiness.” She played banjolele as a child and sang with her brother in the skiffle group of his youth club on several occasions. Shapiro became a believer in Jesus in 1987.
The legendary singer has been married to John Williams since 1988. John, better known as “John Judd,” has had numerous roles in British television and cinema. Shapiro temporarily retired from show business in the year 2002.
